SUSTAINABILITY IDEA

More responsible purchases, longer waiting times and disposal of resources

to reduce mass overproduction in fashion

"I have asked myself several times about my concept of sustainability and about the sense of having to buy new materials, despite having considerable stocks in stock that sooner or later I will have to get rid of"

I have been struggling a lot in this period and I have often felt cornered by the need to necessarily purchase new raw materials for the development of the new collections. I did not mind the idea of having accumulated so many materials over the last few years (more than normal for a factory), and of not being able to reuse them in some way because not so much "green" as the latest news in the textile field (eg . vegetable fibers or certified recycled materials).

I have asked myself several times about my concept of sustainability and about the sense of having to buy new materials, despite having considerable stocks in stock that sooner or later I will have to get rid of.
So I thought for a long time about the uniqueness of the brand and the fact that I wasn't just commissioning
to someone the realization of my collection but concretely revolutionizing the essence of my entire company, day by day.
So I found a compromise and decided that I would try, in my own way, to transform part of this loot accumulated over time into something unique.
I therefore thought of absorbing this principle of recovering “waste” into the essence of the On Demand collection.

In this way we release to you the choice of whether or not to use these materials, giving the possibility to those who share our same vision of sustainability, to  support us in the disposal of these stocks , allowing us to produce handcrafted for you, pair after pair.
