THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal can be exercised without any penalty and without having to specify the reason, provided that no customizations have been applied or the return will not be possible.

 

It can be exercised within 14 days of receipt of the goods and can be exercised:

 

by sending an email to privatoveganecofriendly@gmail.com in the 3 days following the delivery of the goods (provided that there is confirmation in the following 48 hours by the Private team).

 

To exercise the withdrawal it is essential that the goods are intact and that the object has the original packaging, equipped with all tags.

The paid price will be refunded within 7 days of returning the goods.

SHIPPING COSTS IN CASE OF RETURNS:

For full-price purchases, the shipping costs of the goods are to be paid by the seller and the consumer.

The latter will only have to pay the equivalent of a trip (first delivery) equal to € 7.00, a figure that will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

In case of application of promotional codes or discounts, the shipping costs will be borne exclusively by the consumer.

The latter will have to pay the equivalent of two trips (first delivery and return of the package) equal to € 14.00, a figure that will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

The cost of shipping abroad is fully charged to the consumer and can be deducted from the amount to be returned or managed independently by the consumer (in the latter case only the costs of the first shipment will be withheld, depending on the rate applied at the payment).

Packages will not be accepted in which:

 

- the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;

 

- the identification tag must still be attached to the products;

 

- the products must be returned in their original packaging;
