The "bio polyols" are ecological vegan materials obtained from no food and GMO free corn crops made with recycled polyester supports from plastic bottles.
The production is 100% Made in Italy respecting the environment, human health and the animal world.
The use of clean energy, generated by photovoltaic systems that reduce CO2 emissions in the atmosphere, are proof of this.

VEGAN VEGETABLE MATERIALS - PINEAPPLE
Piñatex ® is an ecological vegan material obtained from the leaves of the pineapple plant, a by-product of the fruit industry, which are traditionally discarded or burned.
Once the fibers are torn from the leaves, they are subsequently washed and dried naturally in the sun.
They then undergo a purification process and mixed with corn-based polylactic acid (PLA).
The fiber is colored using pigments.

The SAVE THE OCEAN project was born from the union between communities and industrial companies.
WHERE DOES PLASTIC COME FROM?
Here's what happens.
The municipalities collect - each in their own way - and the plastic is sent to the various sorting plants.
Before being sent for recycling, plastics must be separated from contaminants (metal or paper) and divided according to of the chemical composition and characteristics. Subsequently the material is sold by the consortium to recycling plants at European level through telematic auctions.Following a careful study and selection of controlled and certified GRS suppliers, we take care of entrusting the recycled plastic materials purchased to Italian professionals who produce for us coatings without any solvent, thus giving shape to the final material of our sneakers. The use of recycled plastics results in significant savings in terms of money, energy and emissions. Suffice it to say that two kilograms of oil are needed to produce one kilogram of virgin plastic.
Compared to the production of virgin raw material, regenerating PET allows a cut in energy consumption up to 90 percent, and greenhouse gas emissions up to 95 percent.
